Adding new computer to domain

We have an issue where each time we add a new computer to our domain Sophos software is automatically installed on it, which we want.  The issue is, the user name/password used for the "Properties for Sophos AutoUpdate" is the id of the previous support person who is no longer with the company.  How do we change this id so that when we add a new computer to our domain it will use the id we have built for Sophos AutoUpdate?  We are running Sophos Enterprise Console 5.2.0.644 and Endpoint Security Control 10.3. Thanks.

    the account is set in the Synchronization Properties (not visible in Vikar's screenshot) - but you've said you've changed it and indeed it must be correct, otherwise not even AutoUpdate would install. Wild guess - is there perhaps a file named sauconf.xml in the \CIDs\Snnn\SAVSCFXP\sau\ folder?
