Adding new computer to domain

We have an issue where each time we add a new computer to our domain Sophos software is automatically installed on it, which we want.  The issue is, the user name/password used for the "Properties for Sophos AutoUpdate" is the id of the previous support person who is no longer with the company.  How do we change this id so that when we add a new computer to our domain it will use the id we have built for Sophos AutoUpdate?  We are running Sophos Enterprise Console 5.2.0.644 and Endpoint Security Control 10.3. Thanks.

    each time we add a new computer to our domain we continue to get the old user name/pw

    what means get the old user name/pw? Where does it show up? Does something fail which you have to correct?

    If Install Sophos security software automatically is checked in the Properties then SEC will try to deploy the software. It does this only once - automatic deployment requires that the computer is on at the next synchronization. If SEC can't contact the computer when it has found it in AD the attempt will fail and not be retried.
