Adding new computer to domain

We have an issue where each time we add a new computer to our domain Sophos software is automatically installed on it, which we want.  The issue is, the user name/password used for the "Properties for Sophos AutoUpdate" is the id of the previous support person who is no longer with the company.  How do we change this id so that when we add a new computer to our domain it will use the id we have built for Sophos AutoUpdate?  We are running Sophos Enterprise Console 5.2.0.644 and Endpoint Security Control 10.3. Thanks.

    Hello quaine,

    we continue to get the old user name

    the Sync Properties should be applied almost immediately. Is it indeed SEC which initiates the install? Other deployment methods are e.g. GPO/Computer Scripts. Could it be that it's done twice?
