Protect Computers Wizard on Win7

Hi All,

I'm having a few issues deploying Sophos to Windows 7 x64 computers, they appear as grey unmanaged clients in the Enterprise Console but when I go to protect them they just get a orange hourglass and stay that way for a long time!

I can install the client manually, and manage it fine too.

Any help would be great!
