My laptop is protected using Sophos as are all of my other computers.
When I try to visit one of my sites www.countrysmiths.co.uk on my laptop I get a message saying it is a high risk web site because of Mal/HTMLGen-A and access is blocked.
I do not get this message on any of my other computers all running Sophos
The website has been checked but nothing has been found, I have run scans on my laptop and again clean, deleted all browsing history but still I get the message
We have no reports of similar issues from customers but as a retail site on the run up to Christmas this is worrying if Sophos is wrongly blocking access to our site.
