Alerts not receding.

Hi We are up and running again with the appropriate fixes for the Shhh-B false positive, but the Enterprise Console is still reporting virus / spyware alerts for all of the computers.

Is this supposed to go down or is there something I need to do to process them and clear them?

    Hi DLH, you will need to acknowledge the alerts in the console, you should be able to select all, r-click and use the acknowledge alerts action to clear these. we also have a script in the SEC console KBA that may help with this. Links below.
