At the moment im am fixing my clients which have deleted components from the new Sophos, by using the legacy updating feature
What I do is set the clients with quarantined and deleted items to install and older/previous version of Sophos.
i push(protect computer) these by using the SEC (Sophos Enterprise Console), first moving the client to a folder with legacy update settings that point the insstall folder to a previous version.
When it has done that old installation i move the client to the new updating policy pointing to the latest version. and push(protect computer) again.
Which installs the latest client and done..
