How many stand-alone Installs can I do?

Hi, As per title. Anybody have any ideas please?

We have Sophos AV Endpoint security and control, I can see no wording/limit on the amount of installs you can have for remote users so I'm a we bit confused at what we can have. We have a 30 users licence but that's just at our head office bit and it appears to let me install a few remote ones? Is it unlimited or what?

Should we buy more licences to cover this and it doesn't seem toi ask me?

Hello pgr1,

it doesn't matter if the install is managed or stand-alone. If Sophos is installed on, say, 40 machines which belong to your business you should have a 40 users license (that is assuming one user per computer - for the exact definition please see the Sophos End User License Agreement ). Certain licenses (your too if it is ESC) permit employee home use - but that's at home (and furthermore the number of home users must not exceed the number of User Licenses).
