Since upgrading to version 5 of the console we have been having the management side of sophos crash around once a week. By crash I mean that it stops updating, the data the consoles show is whatever was true at the time that it crashed for example the computers connected at that moment.
The console being viewed from 3 different computers all show the same data and when we restart the 2 sophos management services and leave it for half an hour ish then check it we see that it has started to reconnect to the clients and show correct data.
