I am new here and our company has just started using Sophos Endpoint Security. I have loaded over 30 computers with Sophos with no issues, but I have 1 computer that is doing something different. On the good computers, the user logs onto the computer through Windows and Sophos accepts the password and never shows up. On the one-off computer, the user logs into Windows and then Sophos will open a window and also prompt for a password. Is there a way to make Sophos accept the Windows password so that the user does not have to login twice? Thanks in advance
