one our Child SUM is experiencing problems. updates from the main SEC suddenly stops. Please help. thanks

    Hello kheiren,

    looks like ASX didn't even get as far as an initial successful download. Please check the SUMTrace logs (as it seems to be a complete failure the relevant error message shouldn't be too hard to locate).
