i would like to ask if there is any workaround to send a report/logging to the main central console administrator everytime any changes made on the assign admin user?

sorry for the confusion. we will be adding roles in managing the console. since we have multiple office branches i am assigning a sophos admin per branch with specific role for them to manage or configure. my question is, is there anyway that in every setting that a branch admin do and change in their branch policy it will send me a audit/report log? thank you
