Device Control Block Bridged leaves WiFi disabled

We use Sophos Device Control to Block Bridged connections - a very handy feature.  However we are getting many instances where the WiFi stays in a disabled state after the LAN has been disconnected.  An admin is then required to enable the device.

Does anyone else use this feature?  Do you have a similar issue?  Has anyone found a fix?

I'm going to try setting up a devcon job the users can run to enable the card again but would prefer a fix rather than a workaround.

SEC v4.7 and endpoint 9.7 running on Windows XP.

We've not yet had a PC have the issue twice but have had numerous PCs get the issue at least once, so imagine its only a matter of time.  That will be the problem with turning on verbose logging and recreating the problem - its not possible to replicate the issue as it's seemingly random.  A couple hundred laptops for 3 months has thrown up a couple dozen occurances.
