Waiting for Sophos Update Manager to register

Question

I have Windows 2003 R2 Server (Domain Controller not in read mode )this is in Hong Kong

I am getting this error

Its on SEC 4.6 , all my other servers in the UK on Windows 2008 Server are fine....any ideas
