Cleaning Up Threats

I ran a scan on my Mac with Sophos free anti-virus software and six threats were listed in quarantine manager.  All cannot be cleaned up and the instructions for manual clean up do no seem to apply.  Hope can I rid my Mac of mal/jav-kpn troj/javabz-o and troj/javabz-n.  thank you.

    For Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac Home Edition please visit the dedicated forum at SophosFreeTalk. There are some threads about manual cleanup with detailed descriptions. It's very likely that the threats (which are "for" Windows, BTW) reside in archive in the Java cache.
