I have a computer that fails to sync SAVXP (SAU and RMS sync fine). The update log shows the failure and subsequently a successful download from secondary location (Sophos). Looking at the ALU logs, the error seems to be with the file veex.dll (I read that this is the actual virus engine). I have been in touch with Support, but have not gotten very far diagnosing root cause.
If anyone has any ideas what might be causing this, please share...
