Sophos Disk Image

Hi All,

Recently there was a new disk image made of workstation. But when clients appear in console error keeps appearing

Code 80070005        Event Decode Unavailable (Event Number. " -2147024891" Message Code: SAVXP.2147942405" Inserts: "Access is Denied, ","","","","")

Any ideas

Clients running 9.5

Console 4.5.1.0

    HI,

    I would change the service back to run as local service and try running:

    MsiExec.exe /i "c:\Program Files\Sophos\AutoUpdate\cache\savxp\Sophos Anti-Virus.msi" REINSTALL=ALL REINSTALLMODE=voums UPDATEDRIVERS=0 /l*v c:\windows\temp\SAVIntall.log /qb

    or
     

    MsiExec.exe /i "c:\ProgramData\Sophos\AutoUpdate\cache\savxp\Sophos Anti-Virus.msi" REINSTALL=ALL REINSTALLMODE=voums UPDATEDRIVERS=0 /l*v c:\windows\temp\SAVIntall.log /qb


    depending on the OS and therefore the path to the MSI file of SAV.
