We have a few Ubuntu machines and we have installed the Sophos Endpoint client on them and configured them to update via the Enterprise Console.
When we first installed it, everything was fine, i could see the clients in the Enterprise console and assign them to groups for easier management. But after a few days, we noticed they started to disapear from the EC. We did a discover on a specific network and the clients are shown again in the EC, however, they are greyed out. This means that EC does not see the client as a PC with the Endpoint installed.
Now, the computers do still have the client installed and they are still updating against the EC, but the PCs are just unable to be managed and unable for me to change any of the policies.
Any ideas?
