When I reinstall Sophos Firewall, I have a problem. It said “The machine must be restarted before installation can proceed”.
I restart computer but it again.
The logon user is a member of Local Administrators Group.
I try to use Windows Install Clean Up program, but Sophos Firewall is not in the list.
I found the install log at temp folder:
