Cant Reinstall - Shh/Updater-B C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\AutoUpdate\ALsvc.exe does not exist

Hi All,

We have 97 machines effected by the Sophos cockup and all have had their updaters moved so i need to reinstall. However Sophos wont reinstall and just comes back with the error:

Product: Sophos AutoUpdate -- Error 25010.An error occurred while running the custom action 'WaitUntilFileUnlocked'. Reason: WaitOnLockedFile: The file C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\AutoUpdate\ALsvc.exe does not exist Contact your support personnel.

I really really dont want to have to manually remove it from 97 machines. Is there anyway i can tell Sophos to ignore errors during the push?

In my case I faked the files to be available by copying them from other original files:
Copy ALMon.exe ALsvc.exe
Copy Logger.dll AUadapter.dll
Copy swlocale.dll AUadapter.dll

In my case I faked the files to be available by copying them from other original files:
Copy ALMon.exe ALsvc.exe
Copy Logger.dll AUadapter.dll
Copy swlocale.dll AUadapter.dll
