Recreate default Sophos NAC database (PolicyStore_Data.MDF)

Hi,

While trying to upgrade Enterprise Console to v 9.5 we've encountered a problem with the PolicyStore_Data.MDF, specifically this here:

So far it seems that the database is unrecoverable, preventing the upgrade.
We've tried several steps to recover it (dbcc checkdb, copy to another server and trying to attach, chkdsk etc.). Restoring it is not an option since this specific database has never been configured for backup.

Is there any way to recreate the default DB except reinstalling NAC intirely?
