Problem with update

Hello,

Iam using   , iam having problems with Update, it´s about two months that i can´t update the console can you explain me what is the procedures ?

Because i did everything it starts after break once downloading binaries.

    Sorry for daly iam using Sophos Endpoing Security  and Control, and i can´t update console since 28 July i don´t know realy what is going on.

    Here you are a printscreen jus to have an idea of problem.
