Migrate server from 7.6 to 9.7

Hi Chaps - A place I've just visited had their clients on 9.7, but the servers are still on 7.6

Is it possible to update their servers without needing a reboot? They are quite concerned about rebooting their entire infrastructure on mass

servers are a mix of 2003 and 2008 R2

When upgrading the Sophos management server components (not the endpoint software), depending on how up to date the Windows OS is itself, you may need to perform a few reboots.
