Event ID 7000 : Service Control Manager :- Sophos Message Router failed to start

I am trying to install Sophos 10.3.13 on a 2003 server but I ran into below error log -

Description:
The Sophos Message Router service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

I checked the access to my shared folders and it's correct, server has been rebooted a couple of days before. Due to this error I am unable to start "Sophos Agent" and "Sophos Message Router" Service. Can anyone assist me on this?

    did you (try to) install for the first time on this machine and by which method?

    The system cannot find the file specified

    means that the executable (RouterNT.exe as specified in the service's Path to executable property) isn't found. Start services.msc, scroll to and double-click Sophos Message Router, inspect the Path (note: even though it doesn't look like a field once you click inside it you can scroll right and left) and check the location it points to.
