Having Issues with Sophos Client Firewall Manager service

Hi Guys,

I'm having an issue with one of our user's PCs. It's windows 10 64 bit, now when I first booted up the laptop I noticed that none of our network drives had been mapped. So I went through the usual troubleshooting steps of doing clean boot etc. When I did that the network drives where back so one by one I went through the services re-enabling them till I got to the Sophos Client Firewall Manager Service, and found that was the service stopping the network drives from being mapped.

Is there a known issue with Windows 10 and Sophos endpoint ? The version of Endpoint we're running is 10.6

Any help would be great
