I'm trying to get a Dell FS8600 to do off-box AV scanning using SAV-DI against a 10.3 client.
It mostly works fine, but some Excel macro enabled files have been observed to create all sorts of issues saving and loading from the NAS share.
Sophos logging shows that the FS8600 is terminating the connection early, and claims of a corrupt file or sub-file with error A004021A are logged.
It is not consistent though, sometimes it works, sometimes not, for the same file.
Network tracing shows the same results as above with the additional observation of some retransmitted TCP segments from the NAS.
Scanning the file locally shows it as clean.
Any ideas please as I've been trying to get hold of support and this is preventing a system entering production.
