Hi,
We are having an issue with the the enterprise console. (ver. 5.2.2)
We have been testing it on our network and while the windows machines we have installed the client on are showing up and are manageable, we do not even see the Macbooks we have installed in the unassigned list.
We have used the client available in the \\Servername\SophosUpdate\CIDs\S000\ESCOSX folder but we are unable to see it in the list.
Can you advise on what we could do to resolve this?
