Sophos Upadate manger fails to update repeatedely

Hi all,

I am facing a issue with Sophos update manager fails. The error is threat detection failes  error osccured.

This is happening after specific interval (7-8 days), evenafter all sophos services are running and no error found in window event manager.

When  I restart the server  and update the Update Manager then all works fine for next 7-8 days.

Can anyone help me to solve this issue.
