Turn off Sophos Web Services for Internet connection after Windows 10 upgrade

I have Endpoint Standard.  I just upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10.  After the upgrade I received message "No Internet access" whenver I used Chrome or any browser.  I have to stop the Sophos Web Update service then Internet Connection is back.  However I have to do that everytime I shutdown Windows 10 and restart my PC.  Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    Do you have the business version of Sophos Anti-Virus installed or Sophos Home edition (home.sophos.com)?

    After the Latest Windows 10 Pro Insider Pre released last Friday 27th May 2016 Build 14352.rs1_release.160522-1930, I to have no internet access through Edge and IE, to overcome this problem I have turned off WEB protection, but still this didn't work so Sophos Home latest version has been uninstalled on 3 Windows 10 PC's.

    Any ideas ?

    We are tracking the Windows 10 insider preview case here. 

    We have tried Sophos Home on the latest build of insider preview today and have been unable to see the issue on both Edge and IE. Please can you confirm that there are no more Windows updates and that you are still seeing the issue.
