I apologize if this question is in the wrong place; your forums are extremely hard to figure out compared to other forums ive used.

My Sophos found adware called CoolMirage over 45 minutes ago and the 'cleanup' has been 'in progress' ever since. Is this normal? 45 minutes seems a pretty long time for something like this. How do I proceed?

    Sophos is the Company name. Exactly what product are you referencing? From the description it could be antivirus, but there are also different variations of this. I've moved the thread to the pay for Endpoint AV forum for now. If this is for something else, post back and I'll move it where it needs to go.
