Unable to install Update Manger”

Hi Team, I am not able to run Sophos 5.2.1 setup after downloading from Sophos website, when we try to run we get an error “Unable to install Update Manger” The MSI terminated unexpectedly.     Hello Anilk,

    first of all, the forum is not for contacting Support directly. In addition you should not post the SDU logs here (which seems to haven't worked anyway, perhaps due to their size) as the logs might contain sensitive data. Please use the Submit Query form instead.

    Anyway, did you look up the article linked from the error pop-up (Sophos Enterprise Console...Installation Failed) which mentions the Sophos_Summsi [timestamp].log and Sophos_SummsiAdmin [timestamp].log logs? To further quote from the article: A good tip for troubleshooting MSI logs in general is to search for the text: Return value 3. Feel from to post (the relevant parts of) these logs here (if they exist) - or contact Support directly.
