I use the restart service sav-protect but this solution doesn't correct the problem.

I restart the server Router, but this solution doesn't correct my problem.

  • Hello Saiens,

a problem with a number of my servers ... doesn't want to update

a number? Are they locally showing that updating failed or is their status in the console out-of-date (and do they seem disconnected, i.e. grey with a red x)? Looks like the router disconnects when trying to send a message - what are the corresponding entries the management server's log?

  • Hello Chrisitan,

I have many servers which have then update ok, and i have many servers which have update nok in the console.

Is it possible  that there is a display problem in the console.

I have looked the log : sav-rms.log, savupdate.log and savd.log and they are exactly the same messages that both servers update or not update servers....

    Saiens.

  • Hello Saiens,

a display problem in the console

judging from the log you've posted I'd say it's a communication problem (i.e. the message isn't accepted by the management server rather than failing to be processed correctly after it's been received). As said, the Router log on the management server might give a hint - as the endpoints' routers seem to be able to log on there should be a corresponding entry in the server's log and a little bit further down the disconnect.
