Laptops in the field not showing up to date in the Enterprise Console

Hello,

  We are running Sophos Enterprise Console to push the Endpoint Protection to our PC's and laptops on the domain.  The policy is set to check our server for Sophos updates and if it cannot connect, to check the Sophos website for updates.  This seems to work well, however when laptops (that don't frequently connect to the domain) update from Sophos website, it does not display up to date in the Console.

  Is there a way we can accomplish this?  Maybe something we can do in the DMZ to allow the mobile devices to communicate back to our Sophos Server?
