I have SOPHOS ENDPOINT and SECURITY CONTROL VER 10.3 installed on Windows 7 64 bit machine. Can anyone please guide me how to install the virus definitions or updates offline. This machine can not be connected to internet due to protection reasons.

If the computer is off the network and doesn't need to be managed you could copy the Cache folder from one connected machine over to the disconnected computer and make the update address the local path to the copied folder.
It does work...
