Installation Error

during sophos installation the error error 0x80041f04 is verified. I researche the solution in the web, but I have not find solution

Hello MariaDiCula,
that's not much information to work with. The error is mentioned once or twice in the knowledgebase and only in conjunction with specific environments. So please tell us what you are trying to install and how, the versions (Sophos and operating system) and any text which accompanies the error code.

Hello Christian,
The Sophos version is 10.3 and the OS is Windows XP Professional. I have performed the "savw_103_sa_sfx.exe" file, but in the final fase installation the error appear.

Hello MariaDiCuia,
thanks for the details. The Standalone installer should create a log named Sophos StandaloneInstaller.txt (I think in the installing user's %TEMP% directory). If it doesn't make sense to you please attach it here.
