Hello community,
we have a Sophos Enterprise Console in version 5.2.2
Our Endpoint clients display that the latest virus data is from 14.10. But if I search on the Sophos website, I can see that the virus data was changed on 20.10.
Now I updated the data on the server itself (the download was successfull), but still there is displayed that the data is from 14.10.
Can anybody tell me why the server is not loading the data from 20.10.?
