Hello all,
I have spoken to sophos support and understand that this isn't a feature but wondered if anyone had a work around.
On our corp laptops we have set 2 location for the firewall, primary allows all traffic as it picks up as part of our network and a secondary for at home ect where the firewall is enabled.
Now when users are in the office sophos displays an error that the firewall is disabled so users call up concerned that there is a fault when in fact there isn't, it's just worded badly and would read better if it said something like "traffic allowed due to policy", I could disable the ballon tip in windows but that removes everything to do with sophos which i don't really want to do.
Any ideas?
