Firewall won't enable on Client machines

Hi all,

I've been searching throguh the forums looking for an answer but unfortunately didn't have any joy.

I've just purchased Sophos Endpoint Protection Advanced and installed the console on our server and the Endpoint Security and Control on the workstations. Everything is working fine except that for some reason the Firewall is showing as Disabled on all of them.

All of the policies are showing as "Same as policy" on the Console with the exception being the Firewall Details tab which is saying "Differs from Policy".

The actual Firewall policy is set to "Single Location" and to block incoming traffic but allow outgoing.

The Group which all of these workstations are in uses the Firewall policy mentioned above.

I've removed Norton 360 from all of these workstations and created both an Inbound and Outbound rule on Windows Firewall (8194) so I'm not sure what could be stopping the Firewall from being enabled.

If this issue has been discussed before then my apologies but I'm really not having any luck with finding anyone else who has had the same problem.

Any help would be much appreciated.
