AV not updating when Laptops not on Network?

Hi,

We have implemented Sophos endpoint security across our network. We use laptops and when they leave the network when the users are working from home and not connected through the VPN, they are not recieving AV updates.

Is there a way to update the laptops when they are being used externally?

Hi Iain, In the Updating Policy, which is attached to the laptops, select Secondary Server>Select Sophos from the drop down list and enter your credentials from your license file. The laptops should update direct fron Sophos when they are off the corporate network. Regards. :55165
