Schedule Scan report in Enterprise console

Hi,

We have configured schedule scan on all the endpoints from Enterprise console and would like to run the report on scan status on how many endpoints the scan is completed and the count of non scanned endpoints details.

How can we generate this report and this report is mainely required for ISO audit.

Please help me on this.

Regards,

Yugandhar

  • Hello Yugandhar,

I fear the report you seek isn't readily available. An endpoint reports when a scheduled or a Full System scan has completed, been aborted (e.g. due to a threat present in memory), or been cancelled by an admin. Only the last completed scan's name is kept together with the time, aborts and cancels are logged as errors.

Considering also the timestamp you can get, with a certain validity, the number of endpoints where the scan has completed. In principle this information is available under the Anti-Virus Details tab (from where you can extract it using Ctrl+c). Otherwise the data is in the ComputersAndDeletedComputers database table.
