Enterprise console freezes

Hello

I am not sure if this is the right forum but I do not know where else I can ask this.

I have done a server migration of Sophos Enterprise Console (with the How To on the Sophos website).
Everything went fine (installation) but when I start the enterprise console on the new server it freezes.
The new system is a Windows Server 2012 R2 and the Enterprise Console is version 5.2.2

The program EnterpriseConsole.exe version 5.2.2.279 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.

    which steps did you complete? Is it step 4. (first start after logging in again) where it fails? Please have a look at the various logs (there shouldn't be too many) in %ProgramData%\Sophos. Can't say what to expect though but e might get an idea what it was about to do.
