Question Regarding Removals

My company has recently purchased Sophos for our business. Regarding this, I was wondering if the same level of Sophos protection that I have seen for single consumers with the removal process was the same with our enterprise level protection. I am speaking specifically regarding the automatic removal from the application failing being escallated to remote support immediately and then to an onsite tech.

    I'm marvelling at your wording but I fear I'm failing to get its meaning, specifically the automatic removal and escalation part. Could you please rephrase it and perhaps give an example outlining where it falls short and what you'd expect instead? I also wonder what it is you have seen for single consumers as there is no single consumer version except the free edition for Mac?
