Hi. My new 64bit machines seem to be having some issues finding update server. Is there something 64bit specific I'm missing?

    Hello ChetwyndPulp,

    there's AFAIK nothing 64bit specific which could cause the download to fail. Please the the ALUpdate logs (in %ProgramData%\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Logs\) which should have more detailed information about the error.
