Cannot Update/Cannot connect to Server

Hi,

I downloaded this Sophos trial http://www.sophos.com/en-us/products/free-trials/shared-download-components/anti-virus-and-firewall-for-windows.aspx  last week and now it is telling me it is upable to update.  The log is attached.

Any advice would be helpful!

    you should have received a set of credentials when you signed up for the trial. Did you enter them correctly (cut&paste might add an extra blank which could cause the credentials to be invalid). Anyway the alc.log isn't very specific about the error - there should be a more specific log (ALUpdate...) in the same folder.
