Cannot open sophos control center

Hi everybody.

I have a problem with Sophos Control Center. I try to open and appears the typical message "Connecting to the server.This might take a few seconds..." but nothing happen after that. I am more than one week with this problem

Could someone help me, please?

Hi,
Is the Sophos Management Service running? To check, if you open the Windows services (start - Run - type services.msc, then press enter and find the service mentioned above)?

It is also worth mentioning, that you should look to upgrade Sophos Control Center (SCC) to Sophos Enterprise Console (SEC).
SCC is supported until the end of June 2014 as per http://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/119147.aspx but moving to SEC will give you far more features for free. See http://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/resource-centers/small-business/upgrade-center.aspx.
So you should be able to call your partner to switch you over, otherwise I'd suggesting just calling Support should get the ball rolling.
