Cannot update from primary server

Hello,

My client is not able to update from its primary update location. I can't find the problem. Can anyone help me please?

It is possible to map the share with the user that performs the update.

    This is one \CIDs\S000\SAVSCFXP too many - in the policy you only specify the path to the root of the share, e.g. \SophosUpdate. The rest is supplied by SEC (\CIDs is fixed, \S000 set according to the selected subscription, \SAVSCFXP as product-specific folder).
