Sophos Endpoint Security and Control with Multicast

I hope that someone can help me either way.

we have a client who is using Sophos Endpoint Security and Control with our product that uses UDP Multicast and there may be a case that Sophos may be stopping the Multicast streams some how.

are there any elements of Sophos that could achieve stopping Multicast stream at all?

please let me know if you require any further information to help us determine the potential issue of using multicast with Sophos.

    Thanks for your response Christian. sorry for the delay.

    They have been busy and have not heard back but i will find out if they are using SCF. If not i would say that they must have another issue perhaps more network related i think.
