Sophos Endpoint Security and Control with Multicast

I hope that someone can help me either way.

we have a client who is using Sophos Endpoint Security and Control with our product that uses UDP Multicast and there may be a case that Sophos may be stopping the Multicast streams some how.

are there any elements of Sophos that could achieve stopping Multicast stream at all?

please let me know if you require any further information to help us determine the potential issue of using multicast with Sophos.

    Hello Drew,

    apart from the Client Firewall (SCF) no other component comes to mind which interacts with networking. If your client doesn't use SCF - has the Sophos may be stopping somehow been substantiated?
