'Unexpected state 1' when installing End point security

Hi,

I'm trying to install End Point Security - AV and Firewall, just after everything seems to have been extracted a box appears headed 'Sophos End Point Security and Control Installation Wizard' text of message is; 'Unexpected Product State 1 for product with code {034759DA.........)

Any ideas how to clear the problem - what does it mean please?

Is there a Sophos 'cleaning tool' to rid a system of an failed install...had one some time ago, failed install that is...
