I've got a server running Endpoint Security and Control ver 10.0 with a very large (4 GB) file name 47463f02.$$$ in the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Sophos\Sophos Anti-Virus\Temp folder. What is this? Can I delete it? It's taking up a large chuck of my C: drive.
